1:1 Sessions | Nervous System Support
These sessions are for those seeking personalised, one-on-one support. Together we arrive in an intimate and attuned space, guided not by a formula, but by the needs of your unique system on that particular day.
We may weave in yoga therapeutics, somatic awareness, meditation, breath, rest, and compassionate presence. There is no one-size-fits-all here. This work is about becoming deeply acquainted with what feels true and nourishing for you, and learning to trust that knowing.
At the heart of it is supporting a nervous system that is healthy and responsive. One that is flexible, adaptable, able to move between states, just as the ocean shifts between waves and stillness. Not fixed in one place. Not braced against the next thing. But genuinely, fluidly alive.
This space tends to find people who are navigating anxiety or overwhelm, low vitality or a fatigue that doesn't lift, a feeling of being stuck, flat, or somehow distant from themselves. Tension or holding patterns in the body that have become so familiar they've stopped being noticed. Health challenges that feel layered or hard to name. Or simply a longing for deeper self-connection, for space, softness, and support that meets them where they actually are.

I offer two distinct ways of working together, each drawing from a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware foundation. Both are gentle. Both are led by what your system brings. And both begin from the same understanding, that health and wholeness reside within each of us. You are someone who needed the right conditions to remember what you already know.
Somatic Inquiry Sessions
A 1:1 space weaving Somatic Experiencing, somatic movement, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and compassionate parts work. For those wanting to build a relationship with their own inner experience, to learn the language of their body from the inside out.

A hands-on, deeply restorative approach working through subtle touch with the body's own rhythms and intelligence. For those drawn to stillness, to working through the body directly, or to reaching what words alone haven't been able to touch.
