1:1 Sessions | Nervous System Support

These sessions are for those seeking personalised, one-on-one support. Together, we arrive in an intimate and attuned space where our time is guided by the needs of your unique system. We may weave in yoga therapeutics, somatic awareness, meditation, nervous system regulation, breath, rest, and compassionate presence.

There is no one-size-fits-all. Our work is about becoming deeply acquainted with what feels true and nourishing for you.

At the heart of this work is supporting a healthy, responsive nervous system. One that is flexible, adaptable, and able to move between states, just as the ocean shifts between waves and stillness.

This space may support you if you are experiencing:

  • anxiety or overwhelm

  • low vitality or fatigue

  • feeling stuck, flat, or unmotivated

  • tension or holding patterns in the body

  • health challenges that feel unclear or layered

  • a desire for deeper self-connection and care

Or simply, if you are craving space, softness, and support.

My approach.

What I love about this work is how uniquely each session unfolds.

Each of us responds to different rhythms, practices, and forms of support. This is why I draw from a range of modalities, meeting you where you are, and adapting as your system shifts and evolves.

This work is not about fixing, but about listening, resourcing, and restoring.

Sessions are available online or in person across New Zealand and Australia.
In-person sessions available in Mount Maunganui (April–May), Northern Rivers, Australia (May–November), and Kaikōura (from November).

Before we begin, you’ll be invited to complete a short questionnaire to share where you’re at and what you’re seeking. This helps me understand how best to support you, and ensure we’re an aligned fit.
