1:1 Sessions

These sessions are for those seeking personal support. Together we arrive in an intimate container where our time is spent attuning towards and meeting the needs of your unique system. We weave in yoga therapeutics, somatic presence, meditation, nervous system regulation, breath, rest and compassionate presence. There is no one size fits all therefore our time together is becoming intimately acquainted with what feels true and nourishing for you and only you.

The essence of my facilitating is around encouraging a healthy nervous system. One in which is flexible, adaptable and responsive: able to experience, flow and self-regulate between all states. Through this there is also a honing in on the relationship we have with self, through refining our capacity to listen to the wisdom of our pysche to create richness and meaning into our world.

This container is for anyone that is experiencing a lack of vitality, density, little motivation to pursue, to dream, to move, or perhaps the swirling notion of anxiety, tense holding patterns in the body and health difficulties that don’t add up, and perhaps not just one but the oscillation between. If you are simply craving loving care, spaciousness and a more compassionate relationship with yourself than this container is for you too. Regardless of your experience, together, we can bring in practices and awareness to replenish and restore your very own unique system, allowing you to rest in your true nature.

What I love about these more personal connections is how they each unfold so uniquely. A reason I have become fascinated and curious with different practices and modalities is because each of us thrive with the support of different medicines. Within myself, day to day I witness the forever unfolding shifts and changes swirling. To first become aware of my inner terrain has been pivotal, then comes in the myriad of practices and resources available to me. It’s here that I am able to honour my needs within the fluctuations of what it is to be human.
