Taught over 3 x 90 minute sessions. Each session including practical teachings, guided meditations and time for questions or further exploration.

You will also receive 3 x 1 hour follow up sessions at any personally scheduled date and time for further integration.

‘Awareness Insight Meditation’ is an ancient yet simple technique now made accessible in this modern world.

Being someone who lives in a society too where you have to show up for a job each day, pay your bills and you have everyday responsibilities I understand that we can’t put our life on hold and move to an Ashram for months (as much as I would like that at times!).

Therefore to have a practice that can be easily infused into our day has been something truly invaluable. One that isn’t an escape but more so something that allows us to hold life with that little bit more comfort and grace.

AIM is a simple yet transformative practice. The best thing about it is that all you need is yourself. You can do it anywhere, at anytime.

What is AIM? 

Awareness Insight Meditation is an open monitoring style of meditation adopted by Claire Robbie.

This practice is self-sufficient, so without the apps, without the technology and just you; because after all sometimes those external influences simply won’t be available and to be able to sit with ourselves and all of our stuff is something truly quite invaluable we can have for a life time.

Together we will learn Awareness Insight Meditation (AIM), what we are working with as we sit in meditation and develop the tools to most importantly keep it up. You will leave this course having a deep understanding of what meditation is, how it applies to you and your life and also you’ll have the opportunity to become part of our meditation community!

It was being taught by a teacher and having the support and accountability of a community around me that really helped me in sticking to my practice when things felt a bit tricky and uncomfortable. Know that once you learn with me, I am here as your life long meditation teacher because it really is a life long journey.

Overall meditation has been a huge support when it comes to all of this however there’s been shifts that are hard to put into words. A felt sense of knowing who I am underneath all the conditioning and nonsense of the mind. One that with practice and consistency I hope you can feel too.
