Bow deeply to yourself as you actually are. Your pain, your sorrow, your doubts, your deepest longing, your fearful thoughts... are not mistakes, and they aren't asking for healing. They are asking to be held. Here, now, lightly, in the loving arms of present awareness.”

About Somatic Work & Nervous System Wellbeing

We live in a world removed from our intrinsic rhythm, where performance and achievement are often valued over our raw, whole selves. Somatic work is about remembering, remembering our pace, our pulses, and the passions that bring us alive. It is a return to the body, a gentle invitation to slow down, attune, and support your nervous system.

What is Somatic Work?
Somatic work is a body-centered approach to wellbeing. It’s about tuning into the body, noticing sensations, and creating space for awareness, rest, and re-integration. Through mindful movement, breath, guided attention, and sometimes gentle touch, somatic practices help us meet our true nature.

It is particularly supportive for those experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress, or overwhelm

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Trauma or past wounds held in the body

  • Chronic tension, pain, or fatigue

  • A desire to reconnect with your body and inner wisdom

How My Work Supports You

I combine trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, and tools from my personal toolbox, alongside my background as a health coach and training in Ayurveda, to meet you where you are. Each session, whether online or in-person, is guided by your body’s needs, creating a safe, supportive space to explore movement, stillness, breath, and awareness.

Through this work, you can:

  • Restore your nervous system

  • Unravel tension and stuck energy

  • Cultivate presence, clarity, and emotional resilience

  • Deepen your connection to yourself and your body

  • Meet your daily life with more ease, vitality, and awareness

1:1 Sessions
I offer private sessions both online and in-person, tailored to your needs. These may include trauma-informed yoga, somatic inquiry, or other body-based healing tools. Every session is an opportunity to explore and restore your nervous system safely and gently.

Retreats
In our retreats, we create immersive experiences to slow down, rest, and reconnect. Combining somatic work, yoga, meditation, women’s health and community, these retreats are designed to nourish your body and nervous system while supporting your growth and creativity.

Craniosacral Therapy
I am currently training in Craniosacral Therapy and will begin offering sessions from October. Until then, I am hosting practice sessions for those who wish to explore this modality under guidance. These sessions are by special arrangement and allow me to continue learning while providing gentle support.

After devoting my life to exploring the body in relationship with the natural world, I’m here to share my tools, and more than that, to offer a way of working that isn’t about adding more strategies or taking new turns on an already crowded map.

This is an invitation to remember how to listen to your uncoerced, alive self. We do this together, because what feels like a personal struggle is often rooted in something collective. Pain grows in isolation; resilience, regulation, and restoration emerge in connection.

This work isn’t about fixing anything broken. It’s about remembering how to be with yourself, together.
