Orienting

Orienting is a foundational practice I come back to daily. One that gently guides you back to the present moment by engaging your senses. Through slow, mindful attention to your surroundings, this practice helps your nervous system recognise safety, settle from activation, and reconnect with the here and now.

Wonderful for when every thing feels a lil too much, on edge, tired but wired. Helping to soften hypervigilance, melt freeze, and build a felt sense of groundedness. Orienting is ideal for those navigating anxiety, dissociation, or chronic stress — and is a beautiful way to begin or end any practice with intention and care.
