What we’ve been told…

Maybe the problem isn’t the anxiety, the aches and the pains. Instead it’s the way we’ve been told or shown to be with these stickier and tender parts of our human experience.

During our time together on retreat, within the holding of the mountains, safety of support, your own space and time, may we learn that the aches and pains we feel are only gateways bringing you closer to yourself.

That all these parts, what they are longing for, is to be loved, to be held and cared for.

We will explore and experience embodied (bodily based) and mindfulness practices to cultivate awareness around the holding patterns within our body and mind as well as learn about our nervous system and the language of our body.

Building trust that it’s safe to go slow, to feel, to be ourselves and hold ourselves lightly.

Experience the most nourishing impact of co-regulating together AND also be empowered to have self regulation practices you can take home with you for any moment.

So you can lead life not from the hard shell of accumulated discomfort, but from the wise and subtle wisdom within.
