More than your Anxiety.
An online container for compassionately living.
Commencing September 15th.
Waitlist Open.
The Art of living kindly & in connection with self.
To the sensitives, the creatives, quiet seekers, the wandering hearts. Maybe The problem isn’t the anxiety, the aches and the pains. Instead, the way in which we’ve been told or shown to be with these stickier and tender parts of our human experience.
During our time together within this sweet cocoon of safety and care, may we learn that the aches and pains we feel are only gateways inviting you closer home, into the envelope of your skin.
That all these parts, what they are longing for, is to be loved, to be held and embraced.
We’ll move gently through embodied and somatic practices —tuning into the subtle ways the body holds, guards, and remembers.
Together, we’ll learn the language of the nervous system, and listen to the quiet wisdom woven through our tissues whilst infusing joy and creative measures back into our bones.
This space offers a gentle landing, one for you to be seen, nurtured and inspired. Opening up like a flower to life and finding safety in that unfurling.

What’s Involved?
More than your anxiety is a 3 month container for tending to your inner landscape and walking the spiral back to wholeness. 3 months — spaciousness intended, for it is our nervous systems that mend and remember in slow.
We meet six times over three months via Zoom. Rest weeks between to support our most soft, sustainable self. Each workshop serves as a chapter, telling a story in herself, and will last approximately two hours in length, including time for embodied practices and communal discussion.
Every chapter is accompanied by suggested rituals, practices and reading lists leaving you with a rich resource pool to dive back into at anytime. Cushioned around this is private support via chat online and from the community. I encourage you to join the course live as much as you can
Chapters
-
Beginning with the culture that shaped you and going back to our roots. Re shaping what has become a distorted view of how our nervous systems ‘should’ be expressed and to honour the ache that says, hey this no longer fits. I need your attention.
Discovering where true embodiment lives.
-
In a world of improvements and get better quick, we are left discouraged, trying to mend what we’ve been taught is broken.
As Zac Bush mentions, “Nature’s not awarding the oak tree for being a good oak tree.”
Just like the oak tree, we are not here to perform for praise, instead to stand in our inherent unwavering presence, strength and wholeness.
-
Learning the language of our body and how to walk alongside rather than against. For it is our body that holds great intelligence, even wisdom.
We don’t seek to transcend. We descend. Into sensation. Into truth. Into the messy beauty of what it means to be alive.
-
When we really get down to it, us humans are thriving ecosystems interconnected with microbial, planetary, and cosmic life.
We are nature itself.
Just as nature is in no rush to bud or bloom, as humans we most thrive by aligning to our innate seasonal cycles.
Exploring our inner seasons, dancing with the moon and Ayruvedic principles.
-
This is where we pour honey into the cracks and creases. Infusing life and joy deep into our bones because that’s the whole point isn’t it?
Allowing space and desired filled intention to allow ourselves to dream, express and explore.
Accessing our very own river and infusing life back in.
-
For the body to begin in living its new story, may we pause and drink it in. For we are not only remembering through thought process but deep into our bones. Resourcing ourselves to move through the world and hold all that we hold from greater care, richness and receptivity.
