Tense & Release
Find a comfortable flat lying position, preferably on a firmer ground and without props.
This practice invites the body into conscious contraction, followed by intentional softening — a rhythmic dance between closing and opening. Grounded in somatic wisdom, tense and release brings awareness to where we hold in the body and gently guides it toward more freedom. By engaging muscles with presence, then inviting rest, we create space for sensation, safety, and subtle integration.
